Consultations

Are you having unexplained symptoms and you just can't seem to figure out what's wrong?

Have you seen multiple doctors and are still not getting answers?

Consultation appointments are available to focus on specific

health concerns. Typically, the appointment lasts 1 1/2 - 2 hours

and includes an in-depth review of the individual's medical

history, thorough physical exam and a plan for going forward.

Often, additional laboratory testing will be recommended.

Consultations are offered to adults aged 18 and over.

In follow up, Carolyn prefers to communicate findings and plans

with the individual's Primary Care Provider and

other relevant health care professionals

in order to facilitate continuity of care.

Patients may seek consultations for potential answers related to:

Chronic Pain
Sleep problems
Fibromyalgia
Chronic fatigue

House Calls

Are you looking for a comprehensive assessment of your health in the convenience of your own home? We offer house calls for consultative services.

Providing care as needed in our office or an individual's home

or work place for conditions such as:

Respiratory Infections
Headaches
Injuries
Influenza

We can coordinate x-ray, laboratory services and medication delivery if needed or preferred. We provide all services in our office, the comfort of your home or the convenience of your work place.

We will also make visits to area hotels for urgent care needs. Appointments can be made during the week, evenings, and weekends. Services have been coordinated to provide X-ray, EKG, and medication delivery directly to you, where you need it most.

Fees

At Integrative Practitioners, we do not accept any insurance. We will, however, provide a completed claim form, called a "super bill," which may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement is based on out-of-network rates and your specific insurance policy. If you have a low annual deductible for out-of-network services, then you may receive substantial reimbursement. However, if your annual unmet deductible for out-of-network services is high, then you should expect minimal reimbursement (although most insurance companies will apply payment made to Integrative Practitioners to the deductible).

Please contact your insurance provider directly to determine your estimated reimbursement.

Integrative Practitioners holds the simple philosophy that health is uniquely defined. Since health is relative and dependent on each individual person, we do not believe that specific treatment paths should be determined or deterred by anyone other than the patient and their health care providers.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Initial/complete history & physical: $400
Follow up/episodic care in office: $125-$300 depending on time and complexity of the visit
- 15-20 minutes: $125
- 21-40 minutes: $185
- 41-60 minutes: $250
- > 60 minutes: $300
- 60 minutes - Reiki: $75 (established patient)
- 90 minutes - Reiki: $100 (established patient)
- 60 minutes - Reiki: $100 (new patient)
- 90 minutes - Reiki: $125 (new patient)
Follow up telephone consultation: $125-300 again, depending on time and complexity
- 15-20 minutes: $`125
- 21-40 minutes: $185
- 41-60 minutes: $250
- > 60 minutes: $300
House Call (to home, hotel or work site)
- Weekday Hours (9am-4pm): additional $250
- Weekend or After-Hours (4pm-10pm): additional Regular hours fee plus additional $250
- Additional charge for travel: $1/mile from Skaneateles, NY

Please know we understand the burden of health care costs, especially when visiting many providers and conducting many tests looking for answers to your health condition. If our fees are prohibitive, please contact us to discuss ways in which we might be able to help.
